• S3: Express - $22 minimum (USA): (1-2 day delivery) - $22.00 minimum per order. Express Mail is delivered next day to MOST USA locations, 365 days a year including weekends and holidays.   Packages that weigh 2# or less will be shipped at the minimum rate, $22. If the package exceeds 2#, an additional charge of $4.00 per pound will be applied. The shipping rates:
